Dmitriy is a skilled designer with a rigorous technical and conceptual approach. A key collaborator on the practice's largest project to date, McEvoy St Housing, Dmitriy plays a key role in the design of many of the practice's projects across scales and typologies.

Dmitriy has led the transition of the office to BIM, which underpins the practice's delivery methodology.

Tiffany is a registered architect interested in sustainable design outcomes, leading projects such as GGS Primary School and Yirraldiya Visitor Centre. She works closely with clients, consultants, and end-users in a collaborative approach. As National EmAGN President for the Australian Institute of Architects, she represents emerging architects on the National Council and Education Committee. She serves on the Grants Assessment Panel for the Alistair Swayn Foundation. Tiffany's design excellence has been recognised by several awards, including the Dulux Study Tour and Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship. She has taught at the University of Sydney and UTS and contributed to publications like the Architecture Bulletin. 

Jordan Silver studied architecture at the University of Western Australia and the University of Sydney. Since graduating, Jordan has gained cross-disciplinary experience with leading architecture and landscape architecture practices. In his associate role at Architecture AND, Jordan has led high profile regional tourism projects including the Light to Light Walk, the first hut-to-hut walking facility for National Parks and Wildlife Service. Alongside his architecture practice, Jordan has held a regular guest spot on ABC radio and written for the ABC on a range of urban issues. Jordan is the recipient of the 2022 Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship for his project ‘Rest Stops & Viewpoints’, exploring the potential for a new network of small public projects in Regional NSW.    

Ethan has a deep skill set, honed through his role as Project Architect on the McEvoy Housing project. Ethan's technical skill-set is supported by his keen design sensitivity, thinking holistically about project outcomes.

Ethan has a capacity to integrate complex technical requirements, enabling design intent to be retained while fulfilling legislative and performance requirements.

With a strong interest in people-oriented design, Jaymus is a registered architect who is passionate about architecture and design that unites with its user’s psychological and physical experience. Jaymus has experience leading projects at various stages and scales, from concept to construction, public and private, working with clients, consultants, contractors and colleagues in delivering mindful and refined architectural works. Key projects include Union St House, Mitchell Road Housing & Burelli St Hotel.

Nicholas’ interest in design, research, and teaching are underpinned by a passionate belief in architecture’s potential to elevate our experience and understanding of the world around us. Deeply informed by his studies and work in Australia, Italy and Denmark, Nicholas is particularly interested in architecture that inhabits the intersection of culture, landscape and construction. Since graduating in 2020, as University of Sydney's Master’s Graduate of the Year, Nicholas’ role at Architecture AND has seen him involved with several projects including La Vista, GGS Primary Campus, McEvoy St and a variety of design competitions and concept proposals. Outside of practice Nicholas remains actively involved in the AIA’s mentorship program and advocates for public conversations about architecture in his work as a tour guide for Sydney Architecture Walks.

Luke is a registered architect living and working on Gadigal land. His practice is informed by in-depth research of place, careful consideration of context, and a rigorous understanding of materials. Since graduating from Newcastle University, he has worked as a project architect in Sydney and London, delivering projects of various scales and budgets, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Luke has led key projects within the practice, the Penrith Lakes Visitor Centre, Geelong Grammar Corio Campus Masterplan and a challenging house project in Port Arthur, Tasmania.

Anna is an emerging architect and researcher who has won multiple awards for her work. She has experience working across the education sector as well as in a design support role to public artists which has instilled in her a mindfulness for creativity, story, and invention. 

At Architecture AND, Anna has led the Wombeyan Caves Tourism Project, a major NSW National Parks and Wildlife Services project.

Hannah has undertaken key roles on multiple projects, in particular Paxton Colliery adaptive reuse, the Light to Light Walk and a series of single dwellings.

Hannah has a strong interest in the social and ethical basis of architecture and brings this emphasis to her projects. Hannah is the recipient of the NSW Institute Graduate Award.
